" me the 1st Jamboree ! "

Salam & Good day folks !

I had my first MTB Jamboree yesterday at Nibong Tebal. It was totally new experience for me since i've always riding the fast road bike for the last 2 years. Well, it was not that bad huh...more thrilling compare to road bike...you can easily get injured at any time if you were not 100 % focusing to the conditions. Yes, this is my 3rd time riding MTB (pinjan Amin punya)...but to enter such event/jamboree like this, it was officially first time. By entitling the " first timer " nothing was no pressure on the paper because you have nothing to benchmark but bear in mind it was not that easy...you've to be fit otherwise you're killing yourself ...killing your potential mental strength....& you'll be suffering before you can cross the finish line.

All the lessons from the past, has quite telling me the truth & fact. There's no shortcut for you to success.
Ok guys...i think thats enough...well the circuit trail covered almost Southern Seberang Perai approximately 46 km. The elevation in real value i could not figure out....but those steep hills really sucks...fucking me all the time. I've nothing to say ... always fucking word that can best describe my anger when force to climb the steep hills. No choice for me, either you wanted to ride with low gear or you also can push your bike manually....or if you really strong enough to carry with one hand (12 kg) while running , you're also encourage to do so. I've done all 3 depending on my graph strength....!

I've to admit that this NT Jamboree trail is tougher than Kulim tracks. But it's good training for me physically & mentally. Again i've to admit that it was you that will determine how far you can move forward. The pain is everywhere for you, whether you're ready or not....I just realize that those difficulties have develop my mental strength....you know where is your limits & what is your target to achieve that. Sports is a good things for me at the moment to keep healthy in mind & body while keeping you focus to the discipline . At the mean time, I'm trying to improve my qualities of value work plus in the social life.

Thank you Allah for this wonderful opportunities for me to know myself better.
Well, I'm really enjoying yesterday challenge & it's bring me back to myself. Some of the hilite from yesterday, i keep myself confidence & not to over confident & i've set myself a target to follow Amin during the start...but somehow the huge participants has blocked my plan...so i lost Amin from my view...therefore i've to use plan B, which is keep moving & increasing the speed & trying to pass as many participants if i can. The early stage before Check point 1, i've to make sure 2 things:
1) continous consumption energy
2) mental strength.
These are the things that most important for me at that time. Alhamdullillah, while keeping myself pushing  to the limits....i've to ensure 2 additional things again, no cramp & no puncture. Syukur there was no incidents for both during CP1 until CP3. All the way from CP1 until CP3 I've took 4 " Power gels " which each of the pack consists of 120 kalories & it's really speed more energy to muscle further more if i do not schedule this extra energy i'll definitely suffer.

Alhamdulillah...for the last 8 km to go , i've managed to speed up my speed & passed those participants ( i can see their slowing down due too low energy & tired), mine the last 3 km was so much fun.....having a flat road infront of me, i was able to accelerate and passing at 10 participants & i've crossed the finish line in 4 hours sharp at 11:30 with 157th placing over 6++ participants. What a good day for me again !
See.... i've seen another good things happened to me. A lot of in depth lesson for me to learn ahead of my beyond imagination.
Everybody is different but we are the real success indeed.
What a good day for me again !
Thank you Allah.
